wait why is nobody talking about that disgusting watery mint coloured goop that appears to be trying to mimic guacamole? that looks good to anyone? How? Unless i am completely mistaken about what thats supposed to be i dont get it?

ok, i admittedly was not aware of the concept of avocado salsa. have to say that the difference between that and lovely guac is not immediately clear to me though.

A taco place I worked at did a light green salsa that looked a lot like the one from last page. iirc it was parsley, vinegar, habaneros, jalapenos, eggs and oil. Might be forgetting some ingredients but it def didn't have avocado.
