Jordan Ayew is gone officially to Palace. We couldn't convince them to take his brother with him for free. Watford's Ben Wilmot in on loan. Not played much last season but when he did it was at a high level. Could be good, if he can get in the team past our Joe (or vdH is sold).

I thought you could sign players even if they aren't granted a work permit. I know Liverpool have 2-3 youth players a year they have loaned out throughout Europe because they aren't granted clearance in England.

We can call Arsenal's moves savvy if and when they get Tierney and Zaha (or Everton, or any decent winger really) across the line. But the two deals they announced today only took like 8m out of this summer's budget, so that's pretty nice.
