I'll check it out but at first glance I don't think it has much of the appeal of the fujo elf series. Mainly that the girls boyish in that but also that she's kinda a weird lovely gremlin and the dude looks hot in a boring way but has kind of a mean streak, gets fed up with her and also gets horny in a normal way. That seems like a low bar for male char writing but it's hard to find... Actually this leads into a broader issue I have reading het shoujo stuff in general where I identify much more with the women in het romances but it often feels like "oh this time the girl's the bland self insert" in the way a lot of the shonen dudes are, and then the guys tend to just not be my type at all either so it's hard to get interested in either of them. Conversely I get along really well with some series I think are more male oriented from the "girl's side" so to speak. With Uzaki-chan for instance the girl's a really strong presence as a character, her constantly imposing on the goodwill of her bf shtick is very appealing to me and I'd be totally dtf chad passing nerd virgin who's a huge idiot but very kindhearted. Not saying any of my common issues I have reading shoujo romance apply to fujoshi kanojo n I didn't mean to poo poo on your rec, just reminded me of a broader thing I'd been thinking about. As for josei I did really love the ballet teacher x old dude comic from a few pages back but a lot of straight up romance josei I've tried reading I've bounced off of, maybe I'm just not looking in the right places though.

Useless Princess and Brother's Wife are both great. e: Have I just not read UP in awhile or did everyone go up like two cup sizes from what I remember  I love the art in this chapter. I could be wrong, but I assume Shino's friends are going to be the focal point of the next few chapters, what with them suddenly having attention called back to them and having spent a fairly extensive time dealing with Shino's family life. e: What was that one manga where the artist made a joke (?) about replacing all their male characters' faces with an emote because they didn't get into yuri to draw guys? I guess I'll float out for other people too, upon more thought I guess what I'm looking for is dudes who wanna gently caress in a normal feeling way and women who are on top of that interesting as characters, bonus for tomboys/otherwise atypical or interesting design wise (like scraggly ikemen woman from a bit back)
