nobody is willing to try a docked scooter model even though it's obviously so much better because if you run docks you are running infrastructure, if you run dockless you are outsourcing infrastructure to a bunch of tweakers with f150s, and infrastructure investments cut into Profits

i tried riding with just sneakers instead of my boots once just on a corner store run and it was the weirdest experience and i hated it i tried without a helmet once and went one block, parked the bike, walked back to the house, picked up my helmet, walked back to the bike, hopped on and continued
