In the last 500 years, the Fourth Stimpire has dominated four systems, which it has united into one starzone, Stimsis. The Fourth Stimpire has origins from the Ten Empire War in which 10 of the United Stimpires revolted against each rules. It is the one-of-a-kind empire, an empire as massive and powerful as all the others. It is composed of more people than any other empire as we know it. The Empire's total surface mass is at least 10 times the combined population of the four main systems. Stimsis is the center of the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Stimriks, each with its own territory and its own laws, as well as its own stars in that they are not located directly in the other systems' systems. All three Stimriks possess an army, navy and air force, however, in contrast stimsis is a highly industrialized world with a population of millions of people.

The Stimpires have maintained its population with trade, industry and scientific research to produce weapons that can kill entire armies. All empires except for the fourth swore freedom upon their citizens.

There is no free speech in the Fourth Stimpire, and all self-controlled transportation has been made illegal without undergoing painful medical verification methods, in which arteries are severed without pain resistant, operated entirely by machines. The way they work claim to be the most hygenic and healthy way possible, but these machines often rub against pain points, causing great deals of pain to patients. The heart is then extracted from the body and placed into a glass grinding machine. Various energy centers are also dissected and replaced with dangerous transplants. After the painful, 52 hour surgical procedure, patients will then have to use a fused guidance tool, which pumps painful resistors into the body every 2 hours. After some months (about one year?) of "progress," the patient who has been most effected will be given a "clean", non-toxic drug, and given the most beneficial therapy. This drug is then sold to people who are more likely to use and have the money. "Progress" in the Fourth Stimpire, with the exception of some minor changes in what is produced, is nothing but a series of desperate attempts to find new and cheaper materials to get drugs into people's bodies. If the medical establishment succeeds in making pain relief a reality, they will then be able to increase drugs profits significantly, and make life far for anyone who is willing to do the dirty work on a regular basis.

The pain they have caused is so bad, the victim would freeze in a tense position. They would then collapse afterwards.

In other words, what they do is cause great pain but cause a lot of pain as it could even result in death if the person is over-sensitive to the pain. I'm no physiologist. What happened to me was that as soon as I saw the image on TV I became scared to live and the way this person has made me feel has caused me to freeze in fear, which I am not good at.

This was also the reason why the UEE's weapons were designed to be extremely accurate, meaning it could be destroyed, while the enemy was not. This made the weapons extremely dangerous on the battlefield, because the two sides would only be able to deal with it once both of them knew about the weapon

However, enertainment is also questionable in UEE grounds. Sporting events end with the losing team being rounded into a grinder and shredded on live television, boxing matches end with the loser having their hands removed without anasthesia, flight races would end with the losers having their arms and legs removed, then being injected with insanity, for entertainment. People are also forced into these events, by undergoing a painful 127 hour procedure which involves tweaking the muscles so they will not listen to brain commands, and then having a painful drug injected which also causes madness if the player is not sporting. This is all for entertainment, and anyone not watching any of it during sporting times and cheering for the winning team, they will be imprisoned into galactic camps.

This is a particularly interesting side note, having the players being brain-damaged. The only way to tell is by going through a variety of sensory deprivation techniques: "The world would change to a horrible, alien, hostile place where you were the only sane one." Then, if possible, to torture the players to see if they could do the forced mental rewiring to remember the mental programming: "If you remember what's coming, I give you the key to victory." If nothing else, these techniques give the players the incentive to survive, making it less likely for them to kill themselves.

Snuff films are also broadcast, and actors are actually murdered just for entertainment. Stealth droids also guide these forced actors into behaving exactly as the director dreams, otherwise they will be punished by being placed into a macerator and having their execution written into the film. Any film that does not feature someone being murdered will be burned and the entire crew behind it will be executed in the most grotesque way possible - vivisection.

A variety of techniques are used to destroy a film set, including:

Mass incineration - An industrial-scale incinerator is usually used. As seen in the Star Trek movies this process can take hours to complete and is typically only used after technicians have worked themselves to death, destroying almost all the machinery in the facility. For a larger incinerator see the incinerator used by S.C.I. in the "Dark Ages" in the film. Once the incinerator is in place, an army of computerized droids swarm down on it and crush the crews alive.

All executions are broadcast, and anyone who misses even a millisecond, even by blinking, will be executed. All citizens must boo to the person being executed, and the family is gathered to be injected with eternators, which cause pain forever, making them immoral but feeling the pain tenfold every millisecond. They cannot pass out, but they will feel like it forever.

When a new batch of eternators is placed in a group, there is a time delay until the person is executed, so that they can get used to the pain before the eternators are taken up. It's important to be wary of being killed by an eternator, even before the execution has taken place; if the person is caught and tries to escape, they will die without mercy, and no one will care.

All that is left of all the people are a large pool of human flesh and bones that all over Paris is being eaten by giant, cannibal-like people. Some of these, however, are people that the French government wants to see suffer.

Conquests by this Stimpire end in the planet being razed, and all the citizens being executed in the same way as their citizens are. The planet is then destroyed and all remnants of it are removed, and any memories of it will be erased instantly from civil minds. People who are also killed are also erased from memories, and all memories of them, including toys and pictures, are destroyed. The humanoid beings that live on the planet are then destroyed, their memories deleted so that they will no longer make an impression on one another. The first time this happens is when the planet's native race of Humans, known as the Shoggoth, attack the planet Earth. (This is a plot point of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, which happens while the people of Alderaan are being destroyed. Both of these events are directly connected to the events of the movie, with Jedi Masters Luke Skywalker and Anakin Skywalker being executed by the Shoggoth before the planet is destroyed).

Prisoners undergo 40,000 years of relentless and endless labor, and anyone not complying is sentenced to the eternator injection. All prisoners injected with eternators are placed into capsules and launched into far space, then the room is closed tight to ensure maximum insanity. Some prisoners are also subjected to the removal of blood, the lungs, the liver, the genitals, the skeleton, the muscles, the eyes, and even the injection of pressure. Prisoners sentenced to pressure chambers are locked in until they are inflated to a high level. The decompression is then stopped to make sure they are inflated and uncomfortable. For this reason their skin has no place to breathe. As long as they remain suspended from the ceiling, they are able to get oxygen to their hearts and lungs, where some are able to raise their voices.[11]

The process by which eternators are administered appears to be one of the most complex of all human practices.[12] The eternators have an elaborate process for creating a hyperbolic space, which the inmates are guided to. As a result of their immense physical and psychological labor, they are unable to perceive their own existence, but are always in a state of constant contact with their own bodies. When they are placed into pressure chambers, however, they are forced to imagine they are trapped, with nothing but a blank wall to the outside world,

Children born on the 14th of July are subjected to the removal of their skeleton and an implant of a silver liquid to replace it. The nervous sysem is also injected in various parts to ensure it is five times more sensitive than the average. The implant was invented by Swedish physician Dr. H.A. Lindblad, who found that children suffering under conditions of malnutrition usually die as soon as their skeleton is removed.

The procedure is performed over the course of 3 months; the silver liquid is injected and the bone implanted, all in the form of a plaster cast. The result to the child is that he gains height, the child's hair comes on the forehead and the jaw becomes proportionately thinner due to the thinning of the skeleton during the procedure.[2]

Restaurants also are ordered to serve civil meat, and anyone attending must give themself up to be cooked into a grotesque meal. They are cooked alive, undergoing extreme pain, and are then subjected to industrial grinders and blenders. The Stimpire orders at least 1 million citizens to be dispatched every day, as they are afraid the population may overthrow them. But only one planet is cared for, and the rest are banned from eating, drinking, talking, using technology, touching anyone, wearing unauthorized clothes, touching buildings, or walking a centimeter out of designated routes. Civil enforcers are on every planet, and they are engineered so that they are 40 times larger than the 300 quadrillion population. At least 7 billion die every 12 hours under this rule.

It's unknown how much humanity survives over the course of the project. Although most inhabitants have already been given their food by the first few months of the project, most others still die from eating the raw meat or from the effects of the medical experiments. Even those people who survive are either turned into insects, or else they are killed by chemical weapons employed under the Stimpire's watch. People who die during the project are sometimes made to walk through an underground pit, being electrocuted, or beaten violently by fellow humans with chainsaws and stun grenades, until they die as well.

Thoughts are also surveyed, and anyone who does not think anything to loving the Stimpire with more than their capabilities will be sentenced to a prison. Prisoners who are punished for this violation will meet their greatest fear, only to have it amplified so they will turn insane as they imagine it exactly as they fear it. They then undergo a painful extraction of all fluids, to be replaced by a toxin which causes permanent irritation. The unknown substance keeps the subject aging normally, except they will never die. Prisoners punished in this way are unable to be reverted, despite many efforts, and they will never be able to be disposed. All the prisoners' dreams are of the Stimpire, from the moment of their rescue and subsequent execution until their death, until they die, even if they are not executed themselves. The only exception is one member of the party. When they die, he may be a member of the Pleasure Palace faction, although he will not be able to live the rest of his years. While in the Pleasure Palace, he will be forced to participate in every task the Pleasure Palace has, and will be forced to give out various items, items he does not own the right to own. They may also be coerced (e.g. into buying drugs, or into making false confessions). His actions, especially when he is given powers, will cause his death by cutting himself open,

The sickening truths have been revealed only today, and invigilation teams are still investigating the truths without setting foot in the galactic space of this sickening empire. How did this happen, is this is how things were always? What was it that made the emperor an enemy? Was he somehow able to get away with all that evil?

No. He was one of the most powerful people that had ever lived, the most admired character in the galaxy, the only person able to defy the will of others. In order to take the power, he forced anyone who had fallen in love with him to undergo a painful but necessary ceremony on behalf of himself. He was the Emperor. His life was now over.

Who was this cruel, hateful god? His name was Zhar. He died by the hand of a madman.

That's what was hiding behind that mysterious mask, right there in the back of my mind, the reason why one of my dreams is haunted: Zhar was killed by the Empire without any knowledge that it was happening.
