Well the taliban and Star Wars do have one thing in common: they both have no loving clue what galaxy or real they are actually in.

The reason he became such a lunatic is because he was actually taken and replaced by a slightly smaller Boyle with a more evil personality. This explains how he went missing for months during his captivity

Is this a jury trial or judge-alone? At this point even a sharia court would probably think Coleman deserves sole custody.

This is a criminal trial. Any claim for custody will not be dealt here. Boyle will have to first defeat 17 or 18 criminal charges. If he is convicted even of a few charges the family court would likely not grant him custody or access claims. Assuming his is aquitted of all charges hed still jave to fight Coleman in family court and go through a separate proceeding.

Guess where this lollipop's going?
I'm curious to know if this is true:

quote:

He told the court that on 5 November – about a month after they were rescued by Pakistan security forces – Coleman flew into a rage when he suggested that she took a shower before meeting his parents.

“I don’t remember if I invoked the fact both my mother and father had complained about Caitlan’s hygiene,” said Boyle. “Meeting in public was often embarrassing for them.”
It might explain some things about Josh if his parents actually complained to him about being embarrassed by their daughter in law's lack of personal care, one month after she escaped captivity with three young children.

He flatly denied Neubauer’s suggestions that he confined her in the bathroom, hit her in the face and forced her to take his medication.

Boyle said he didn’t consider it a serious matter to offer his wife some trazadone.

While they were hostages in Afghanistan, he said, there was no such thing as a prescription and his family had to manage with the drugs they could obtain.

“I had been practising medicine for half a decade without a licence in Afghanistan,” he said in disputing Neubauer’s suggestion that his actions put his wife at risk.

It's like he forgot he gave a whole slew of interviews right after they were rescued, like here where he says he was a pilgrim "trying to deliver aid to villagers":

quote:

He said the Taliban, whom he referred to by their official name – the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan – had carried out an investigation last year and conceded that the crimes against his family were perpetrated by the Haqqani network.

He called on the Taliban “to provide my family with the justice we are owed”. “God willing, this litany of stupidity will be the epitaph of the Haqqani network,” said Boyle.
Or here where he says they were targeted because his wife was pregnant and somehow visibly American?

quote:

He believed the Haqqani network had targeted the couple after spotting Coleman, who was visibly pregnant at the time. “They spoke often immediately following the kidnapping that ‘America will pay for you very quickly – America will not want to risk the baby is born here in prison’,” Boyle told the Canadian Press.

The sequels are bad. Only The Last Jedi is like, stupendously bad though. The Force Awakens is just there. It's not terrible, but it's not good. It's unimaginative in the extreme, just a big repeat of stuff that came before.

Solo is good, not great. Worth a watch I'd say but not super memorable. Rogue One is real good though. Weak in the beginning but it comes together well and everything from "take off to Scarif" to the end of the film is gold. Really enjoyed that one.
