a neat cape posted:OL needs some definite work as does the run defense. I'm happy that of all the injuries we have, I don't think any of them are season ending injuries and guys like Okung and Derwin are coming back Yeah, Scott got worked today pretty hard, especially in the 3rd quarter. But overall as banged up as they are, there's a lot of really positive things to take away - Ekeler and Jackson both played outstanding games, Rivers was money outside of the pick in the endzone (and it was a loving ridiculous play by Hooker that even made it happen), etc. The run defense is concerning but I trust the coaching staff will manage to scrap something together in the short term.

Imagine my shock that, a hour after watching the end of the Colts-Chargers game, I check scores and realize that Lions-Cardinals game was still going. And it ended in a tie! What perfection!

Matt Patricia is an extremely terrible coach but I think Kliff Kingsbury might actually be way worse with that punt.

On the bright side, the Eagles kick extreme rear end. Offense was rusty first half and looked monstrous second half. The defense left something to be desired covering edge plays and crossers but the real flag is how little they got to clueless Keenum. Jernigan is currently my best hope of a turnaround on that front.

Niners were total clownball in the first half but then we got outclowned in the second, which was nice.

I'm very much a Taylor skeptic but I saw a lot to like, we'll see if he's able to modify things as people get tape or if this was all of his ideas. Going for a score with less than a minute til halftime was such a breath of fresh air.
