The concern for the carpet of the room not matching is strange. If it were a fake, you’d think it would match, since the forger wants it to look like public photos of the room and it’s not as if getting the carpet right is the hardest part of the caper. If it’s an authentic video, there’s a very good explanation for the carpet not matching. It turns out that hoteliers refresh the carpeting in their most luxurious rooms every once in a while. People are not paying to walk on a cat lady’s carpet.
