I think the original japanese zelda game had a similar glitch that lets you beat the game in less than 1:30 by turning the cave you enter to get your sword into the door you enter after beating ganondorf to get the triforce and end the game

Link to the Past had something similar involving flinging yourself off cliffs on the exact same frame you teleport to a dungeon entrance with the Magic Mirror. It let you wander out of bounds if you slam into the right walls and it turns out all of the dungons are on the same map.

Not really a glitch, but apparently Borderlands 3 has bosses who vocally respond to status effects/DoTs like regular enemies. This means one boss was constantly screaming instead of talking thrash, so they patched that. https://kotaku.com/borderlands-3-patch-removes-screaming-from-boss-who-scr-1838263527 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlBwg9N1D9I Mierenneuker has a new favorite as of 11:17 on Sep 20, 2019 |

A shameful patch. What's really odd about it is that they had 'pain' sounds for him in the first place. The bosses usually don't exhibit that kind of flinching reaction but Troy shrieks through the whole fight if you set him on fire and it's hilarious - or was.

I've played 1 and 2, and while they were fine for the first 15 levels, they just got repetitive as gently caress and the guns were all ironically samey.

Clearly what they should have done is just re-record it so it loops better, like the Serious Sam headless scream.

From the impression I've gotten so far, high quality and unique weapons just drop far, far more often in general, so it feels less like you're stuck using the same stuff for ages at a time.

It's the same fundamental gameplay but with a bunch of the rough edges smoothed down and some new moving parts thrown in. The writing is still ehh. If you dislike the basic structure of the Borderlands games, you're not gonna like this one. If you enjoy the shoot-and-loot model but wish it was more dynamic and varied, well, that's what BL3 is. e: the major boss battles in particular feel way different, they seem much more individually unique. The miniboss-type regular enemies (not just badasses - I'm talking more about Big Dangerous Guys such as heavies and the like) also no longer seem to be designed as otherwise-unremarkable bricks of HP; they're more durable than average, sure, but they almost always have some dangerous gimmick or nasty trick that forces you to change up how you approach a fight. Those power-armoured elemental heavies are real bastards when you're trying to manage enemies on all sides, since they'll turn large areas of ground into damage zones and then lob mortars at you while you're looking down to avoid a misstep. That Troy screaming glitch is the same glitch I had with Gaige in BL2. She'd just scream her head off every time she took an errant bullet. I ended up having to buy headphones because my wife thought I was sadistically torturing some poor girl.
