They really haven't scheduled anyone good for MNF for years. Basically since it moved to cable and Sunday Night Football really became the flagship program. It's easier to schedule good matchups for SNF since you can flex teams in and out. So the NFL schedules the better games for SNF, and probably 1 or 2 possibly good games on Sunday instead of Monday. Monday gets whatever sounds the best of what's left after that.
