If you end up getting into it with Endless Space you should consider picking up the second one or Endless Legend. Nothing against ES1 but both of the other 4x entries in that series are head and shoulders above it.

The Lego Batman games are a pro loving choice, don't sleep on this.

Simple games, but Lego nails a good mix of charm and light humor that makes for some very chill gameplay.

For those of you that remember Arkham Knight's lovely launch, a lot of problems have been fixed with it and ultimately the problem even at launch was solved with having a metric assload of RAM, which a lot more people have these days than they did back in the day.

EGS still blows ballsack in my eyes but if you're hopping in then AK SHOULD(tm) work better for you today than it did in yesteryear.
