Tulsi is still running for President. I would be dismissive of her but she just qualified for the debate today so she still thinks she’s in it. Weird lean though since every other major candidate supports impeachment. Even Biden has almost said it, and that is more than you would expect since is damaging to him if he calls for impeachment.
