that guy is part of an RT documentary that was released last year. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9Qkbc9dGN0 maybe this is all some sort of viral marketing scheme to promote that, but it kinda makes sense that he would have those documents. according to that film, he earned the wrath of his superiors by operating a webforum that encouraged palm beach police to post about the corruption they saw. he fled to russia after the fbi raided his house and seized every single computer and data storage device they found, and after another cop admitted on tape that he would be raped and killed in prison if he was arrested.

The only question is why anyone would assume that those capabilities only belong to the government (or don't exist at all) and not, for example, to the billionaire class that controls the levers of power. What I'm saying is that Epstein, the Clintons, etc. all definitely have access to sophisticated networks of Manchurian candidates and so on. poo poo it's 2019 they probably have them set up like a gig economy and there's just some database somewhere of assets and their activation codes and handlers and whereabouts and whatever and you can just lease them.

It makes no sense for the FBI to be looking for bodies in the waters around Little St. James. When you have Epstein's resources and are on an island in the ocean you are going to be able to dispose of bodies in ways that guarantee they'll never be found. Besides, if there were bodies why would the FBI want to find them? It makes no sense from either angle. A submarine accessible cache of documents on the other hand, is one of those goofy James Bond style intrigues that is so ridiculous it's probably real. That or they're looking for Epstein's phylactery.
