She talked a lot about Twitter to an annoying degree but I haven't looked into whatever drama surrounded her since delving into left podcast drama sounds like a nightmare. I gather she got kicked off another podcast or something.

It was the go-to term for a couple years to describe Chapo to the unfamiliar, but I don't think Chapo are even "dirtbag" anymore. It described the aesthetic of a particular moment, and that moment has changed. Socialists are a small but real current in political culture now, instead of a fringe to "progressives". The people who cling to calling themselves "dirtbag" are only going to get weirder and weirder as the rest of the left moves on.
