Bercow's pretty alright though, there's even been a fair amount of chatter in the background few years back about him joining Labour. Also his wife is Labour.

That's pretty much my opinion on him too.

This is what Bojo and Farage are. There is enduring appeal from thick cunts for them.

I've run the numbers through a special computer, and Mhairi Black should be the interim PM on the grounds that she's not 200 years old, and it would be fun.

I don't think so, and it's just a guess so I don't actually know poo poo. Whoever's in charge over the mess will look loving bad, that's partially the reason Corbyn has pushed to keep the Tories in so far (really good strategy). I don't think it'll harm the election chances for Labour at all, they won't have their name on all the bullshit.

That is just a dumb guess though.

What we need is someone who has been previously elected to parliament and has leadership experience but can honestly claim to be independent of Westminster politics. It needs to be Gerry Adams.

From their perspective he has. The LibDems and the Blairites live in a political bubble where their only goal is to be just right-wing enough to sway the mythical swing Tory voter over to their side. The 50% of the electorate that traditionally don't vote are considered irrelevant and may as well not exist.

That's where Corbyn and his grassroots campaign are generating support from. In the centrists' eyes Corbyn has brought in the disenfranchised, younger people, and all the others who aren't supposed to vote - effectively staging a political coup.

Polling companies have a tendency to ignore those demographics as well, which is why any pollster putting Labour behind the LibDems can go suck a tailpipe.

There has not been a by-election since the EU election where Labour and the Lib Dems were both running and they didn't lose share to the Lib Dems. In fact Labour has not increased their vote share in a single election all summer other one (1) where there was a Labour candidate for the first time and they got 10% of the vote after the Greens (previously on 5%) decided not to run a candidate.

Never mind the useless polls, in actual elections that have happened IRL and everything Labour is getting their votes trimmed by the Lib Dems.

It's not good, but it is happening.

Then again, I have dual British/Irish citizenship and the option to relocate to Ireland or Germany if poo poo goes south. I'd rather not though.

But still, a small part of me wants Brexit to happen in the worst possible form because we're a garbage country and fully deserve the consequences of what we voted for.
