Ah yes, those lions fans going around talking so much poo poo. How much hubris have we had to suffer from these vile people? When will the reign of poo poo talking end from the fans of this juggernaut franchise?? When????

A QB who puts up gaudy stats but doesn't actually win games and has a reputation for not being able to beat teams that end up having winning records at the end of the season. I've called him "Stat Padford" as a joke, but if you put Matt Stafford on this year's Vikings team, you have a juggernaut built to dominate the NFC. If you put Cousins on the Lions, the Lions just get shittier. Matt Stafford = Good QB on a bad team Kirk Cousins = Bad QB on a good team

I think the lions were perfectly mediocre and not bad during the Caldwell years but that has been part of the problem. It frequently seems like this team has the talent to make a playoff push and then once every 5 years when they manage to limp into a wildcard they get dunked on.

People bitch and moan that Lions have been mediocre for too long, and that maybe they just need a really sucky season to get some high draft picks going to juice the franchise. Browns have been doing that for like ever, and it doesn't seem to be doing them any favors

caldwell having one of the luckiest seasons in nfl history and making the playoffs with a ten win negative point differential team has resulted in people opining that his calm eyed jeterian leadership would have the lions winning everything until the end of time. the only reason he wasnt before is he was biding his time

Mason Crosby has had to put a stop to three kickoff returns already this year. Each time it's happened he's looked increasingly pissed until last time when he actually did get injured

It seems like theyve been kicking it short on purpose sometimes and then booting it out other times. He really should have the leg to get it out every time if he wanted to.

I thought that the Lions deserved to win that Chiefs game. Chiefs were bailed out by some questionable calls iirc

# ? Oct 9, 2019 22:50 |

Ehhhh...kinda? Like the Golladay non-call sucked especially because of the history of these catch calls with the Lions, but the Lions got the ball back after the fumble, then fumbled it AGAIN for a TD that was pretty much 100% legit. But then they went and got the lead back anyway, so it's hard to blame the refs too much. They had the Chiefs down to 4th and 8 to win the game and lost contain on Mahomes and let him rush for a 1st down. Ya can't let that happen.
