I'm fine with Paradox going after sweet sweet mobile money, but they really should know their core audience enough to know that this is not something to pretend is exciting.

Too bad they didn't make a mobile version of CK2 instead where you play on a much smaller geographical scale, so a mobile device can handle it, but with all the fun character stuff. That might have been interesting. No dumb parabux currency or microtransaction garbage of course.Baronjutter posted:I keep kinda hoping that all our "favs" at Paradox go off and make their own little indie group and let the mobile game shovelers and white supremacists to run paradox into the ground*

Didn't they also release a console version of Stellaris? Maybe it's just their decoy franchise for bad ideas. What's up with the white supremacy stuff you people talk about? I haven't kept up with Paradox except for playing their games, and I haven't noticed anything particularly disturbing there (ethnic cleansing is equally available to everyone in EU4!).

If you accidentally say something offensive, the proper response is "oh, I had no idea, I'm so sorry" and not "well I didn't know, so gently caress you, I'm going home" and bitching about how it's not fair to get called out for saying something offensive.
