So glad to see Johan looking happy about Imperator and where it's going instead of depressed and reluctant. Less families, but more important families seems the most imporant feature they've kind of skimmed over for improving the experience.

imperator is in a great state mechanically apart from its current paucity of flavor, i'm still wildly optimistic about it as a strategy game long-term and stoked for Free poo poo.

Somehow models look worse than Imperator. I've predicted they'll make event pictures with real models! See! I've also said they'll allow playing as non-landed characters. Waiting for updates on this.
