Another Bill posted:I've been feeling a Lib win for a week now but I really want to know how the Conservative messaging did outside of the Alberta/Sask oil and ridings. I think it did pretty badly and we could see something like Liberals with 170 seats and the conservatives with 90 seats but only a 2-3% difference in popular vote. I'm excited for the olds to be down with electoral reform tomorrow

Any reports of someone showing up to the polls in blackface yet? Seems inevitable that either a Liberal will do it as a "ha ha see this isn't a big deal" thing, or a Conservative will do it as some bizarre form of criticism.

if the conservatives had managed to put forth a leader that didn't radiate toxic levels of anti-charisma and whine constantly about how every Canadian outside Alberta had let Alberta down, they'd score a majority tonight I mean, they might anyway but Old Story has issued a correction as of 22:22 on Oct 21, 2019 |

my official predictions Popular Vote Liberals: 31% Conservatives: 32% NDP: 23.5% Green: 6% BQ: 6.5% PPC: 1% Seat Counts Liberal: 139 Conservatives: 122 NDP: 38 BQ: 35 Green: 3 PPC: 0 IND: 1 Government is Lib minority with the NDP backing them in a supply and confidence agreement I would say too that the Liberals will give the NDP 8 of the 35 cabinet spots? Possibly some Senate appointments as well I think Liz May steps down/announces she's stepping down with in the next year I would also say there's going to be a shift in the Conservatives to push for electoral reform based on the "unfairness" of winning the popular vote but getting less seats uh, possible we see the PPC disintegrate but maybe the rise of a new "reform" party
