My guess is someone caught wind of what was going on (it was probably an open secret if Hill was sleeping with two staffers) and contacted Hill’s ex for the dirt. RedState is a one person blog iirc, so they were probably handpicked to run the story since no legit news outlet will touch revenge porn.
