I like how at this point Tobias and his father have evolved into becoming fully-fleshed out Simpsons characters with their own distinct character traits and personalities that can slot comfortably into the shows universe. It's another great example of how potent Simpsons memes have become and how they've developed a life of their own- in the absence of the show providing us with any new or memorable characters fans have taken it upon themselves to effectively create their own.
