Well at least congress dutifully does their annual review of executive orders to determine if they are still relevant. What do you mean they've never done it in the entire history of emergency orders?

Nevertheless, all the chudges will just get impeached. Surely no sane congress would let 35 year olds that were rated as not eligible by their professional society and have never even been a judge or worked a trial sit out their 69 years of lifetime appointment.

You will never, ever again see Trump attend a public event with a crowd that isn't carefully vetted.

Then again I said this two days ago

see if you qualify for a lower private loan. the IRS charges daily compounding interest

interest rates are low and going down further. if the economy crashes they will probably hit negative interest or some poo poo, there is no way the Fed is raising interest rates in a down economy

I mean, see about an OIC first before going that route just to see if you can get a lower lump-sum settlement amount. Also depending on the nature of the individual liability tax debt can actually be dischargeable in bankruptcy, though there are a lot of caveats there dependent on the nature of the debt, audits, intervening OIC's and whether the returns were filed directly or were generated via SFR.

Thanks dude, also I'm real fuckin dumb so I use HR Block online just because I've used them for ten years lolllll

H&R block is fine they are a large company and they have streamlined a pretty straightforward if technical process

although they are not that great. long story short, i had an 80 year old client who took her dead husband's IRA as an inherited IRA. without going in to too many details, this was the worst way to do it. higher withdrawals for her and her heirs. meaning, less time that money could be in a tax-advantaged account

a private accountant could have solved that poo poo instantly and explained the spousal rollover (converting the inherited IRA to one in her name) before the tax deadline but the lady at H&R block made them wait several additional months to get the rollover tax form. for whatever reason they are issued around july each year

anyway even when you file for an extension you pay small penalties for it and this woman's ignorance or laziness cost them a couple bucks. not a big deal, she's rich, but just not very competent

yeah good point depending on earnings a negotation may be a good option. i owe some money to the IRS but its not worth disputing because the money i could potentially save is equal to the cost of fighting it

thats why youre the debt guy

NPR played a story last week about how good the Taiwanese protestors were because they were explicitly only targeting anti-democracy businesses when they vandalize things.

Oddly enough, American antifa protests or the Seattle G8 are just thugs that destroy everything.
