Chinese suppliers have the occasional tendancy to lie about specs or miss stuff off that you had assumed was standard.

Don't buy phones from Aliexpress, particularly ones with custom ROMs preloaded as there is a pretty high chance it's also preloaded with some kind of malware. If you want a good phone on a budget just get a Nokia/HMD Global phone that has Android One branding.

You will be getting the china version of the hardware so the DRM keys probably aren't provisioned for widevine level 1
