Also if you don't traverse carefully you can stumble and drop all your boxes, and then maybe you can pick them all back up or maybe an important one goes tumbling off a cliff or something and you have to backtrack. Basically the whole game sounds like it's about paying attention to details and getting hosed if you don't.

I saw that there's boot degradation, and it varies based on how much you're carrying and what kind of ground you're covering. I'm pretty sure Felix would keep getting stranded in the wilderness with no boots.
