Beshear up over Bevin by a ~10,000 votes with 99% reporting, only counties left to report are Grayson and Ballard, both of which will presumably fall R but I don't know if there's ~10K votes there for Bevin to make up the difference. Is there a recount threshold?

If you don't... if you just win one or the other... the state legislature decides the winner. And it's, you guessed it, GOP held. This has only been enforced one time... for a Democrat in the 90s.
