As I understand it, Swiss don�t walk around with the gun actively loaded and all ammo is kept offsite at a military armory.

Men who are doing their service need to get their accuracy certified every year so bring their rifles to the range or they get fined. Active duty carry their rifles around with them when they're reporting in or out. So I see a lot of rifles on a daily basis but they're not loaded and the stocks are folded in or detached or something (I'm not a gun guy).

I actually looked this up and the Swiss actually tightened their gun laws significantly to align with the EU and I now retract the 'Swiss and Israelis' and now leave it to the correct interpretation of "garbage countries full of garbage people" since the Swiss are all things considered pretty ok despite the xenophobic racism.
