I saw an article today saying that only around 2% of people who could be described as "Latinx" actually like that term. I was skeptical that there's anything wrong with the term, but if someone like this uses it I may have to rethink the issue.

I'm just going to flat out say it. Anyone who thinks the main thing holding back poor people is that they're lazy is a loving rear end in a top hat. A lot of us do pass up work that would make us an extra buck or two, but it's almost always to spend time with family or friends or just loving relax because you've already worked so much. Taking a day off for your brother's birthday or your niece's quinceanera shouldn't be a monetary decision.
