Can anyone recommend critiques on leftcom stuff, specifically Bordigists? I've been reading up on them and it's kinda messing me up mentally. While not their intention, everything feels very fatalist with them; how if you don't 100% achieve communism and abolish the value form than nothing matters.

I mean, I don't think this means BERNIE'S CANCELLED, and obviously Sanders did not personally want for the coup to happen just because he wanted cheap batteries for his policy program in 2021, but it's also not as cut-and-dried as saying that the trillions in GND funding is going to come from domestic revenue sources, because you're still going to do something with that money, once you actually have it.

there are ways to undo or make that right tho, and any freak reality that sees Bernie Sanders become the President, the government as a whole would probably be amenable to either some form of reparation or SOMETHING i mean as long as we're blowing smoke rings about President Bernie may as well envision AOC's insanely Progressive house caucus and senate majority rubber stamp i dunno, it's just weird to be concerned that Bernie is going to Do An Imperialism as President and even pass the GND but somehow not get over the line that loving over the global south is REALLY BAD

I was halfway to writing "if Sanders does get to be President and the military junta is in still power in Bolivia there's a reasonable expectation that he do something to right that wrong", but I wasn't really sure what that something would even be, but otherwise I think we're on the same page.
