Oh yeah SA Mafia Secret Santa Same rules as usual. Try to stick to around the spending limit but this is just a for fun thing so do what you want really, handmade stuff is just as cool. If you're completely opposed to international shipping there's a checkbox in elfster for that please make sure you hit it so I don't have to pay $100+ to send things to Australia myself again.  Hi everyone! Pokemon came out and so I'm going to be doing a semi-LP in this thread. ((This post is long, the rest will be much shorter)) The reason? Well I'm a madman and am therefore playing Pokemon on European Extreme mode. It's a Pokemon Nuzlocke run where I'm not allowed to use items during fights! Because I'm a moron and I like emotional anguish and frustration. The long and short of that is that I can only catch the first pokemon I encounter on each route (No duplicates). I must name the pokemon I catch and if it faints the pokemon is dead and can't be used again. Anyway, Imma do reports of how things are going and every time I catch a mon I'll post a picture here (or in discord if I'm on the train) of it and let the first poster to reply be named after it. That way you can share in my pain when you die, celebrate in my genius when you win and lament my idiocy when I accidentally murder you.  This is me, living in my house in Poke Britain.  And this is me turning the battle style to something that'll make the game harder because I'm a sucker for punishment. I set off on my journey, meet my Rival and then meet my Rival's brother, the Champ  Along with his Charizard. Quickly enough he gives me my choice of starters.    I pick the Fire type because it's my game and Fire is awesome. ((Fire is not awesome, fire makes the game needlessly more difficult, like 90% of the time.)) ((Unless it's Torchic, then it's an unstoppable killing machine)) I name my Scorbunny after my favourite poster on these here forums.  What? Who else did you think it would be? ((Not pictured, the hundreds of dead male Scorbunnys that died to let me name this one Bifauxnen))  And we're off the the races.  Bif is a Modest, mischievous Scorbunny. ((For those in the know, this means that her Special attack is higher than normal and her attack is lower than normal, which might be bad at first glance for a Scorbunny, who looks like a physical damage pokemon. But she benefits from the fact that her highest IV is also Special attack, meaning that she might be able to become a bit of a mixed attacker)) My Rival takes Grookey, the Champ takes Sobble.  My Rival then challenges me to a battle and is righteously stomped into the ground. Despite the fact that he has TWO pokemon!  ((Okay, the game lets you murder a level 3 pokemon easy, gives you a level up to 6 so that you have ember and then you just murder the poor grass type)) After the whupping we wander back to my place, only to find that one of the pokemon has escaped into the Slumbering woods!  We murder some wild pokemon on the way until things get too misty!  We're accosted by a wild pokemon on the cover! And we can't hurt it! Is it because it's an illusion?  A mystery to be understood out later, we white out and are saved by the champ. Gathering ourselves, we decide to go to the pokemon lab to get our pokedex and continue our quest! Meeting this pretty lady when we get there.  ((You bet I know a lot about pokemon)) We're finally granted our Pokeballs And catch our first pokemon! A male Rookidee!  Which begs the question? Who's that pokemon? First person to post here gets permanently saved to my game as Rookidee and gets the honour of being my first caught pokemon. ((Promise subsequent updates will be shorter!))
