The answer is obviously to get rid of the Halloween/Full Moon restriction completely, though it.would bring up a minor issue of what to do about the Eternaween item(maybe have it enable stuff like spells, ghosts, and skeletons spawning instead*) *maybe even the Halloween bosses if we want to go full crazy

Step 1: Play Helltower Step 2: At the end of the round, everyone goes to hell. Survive Hell long enough to reach the thingy at the end of Skull Island Step 3: Now you have an empty spellbook, fill it with the pages that drop randomly. After you add 3 pages it becomes usable.

I dunno, I think it can be fun to use if you're in the right mindset, even if in general it's worse than the other three medi-guns Also they really should have released medi-guns with the MvM shield and resurrection effects as their Ubers, both would have been fun to mess with even if they probably wouldn't be as strong as Stock or Kritz

Vacc is good for keeping one or two people alive, but awful for the rest of the team. It's also hard to use well since you have to learn to read the situation, know what resistance you need to use/prioritise AND know the resistance order so you can quickly switch to it and pop it and not accidentally put on fire resistance when there's a crit rocket flying your way. It's nice that it gives Medic a more active role though, rather than just passively healing. This is just in regular pubs though, it's definitely more frustrating to play against when there's a smaller number of players.

I remember once shortly after the vaccinator came out I was on a server where some heavy had 2 vaccinator buddies with him basically making him constantly immune to everything. They were obviously co-ordinating over skype or some other voice chat thing because they were really ontop of it. All their planning and they forgot the third degree existed, they rage quit before the end of the round. I don't think I killed the heavy once but killing both medics over and over was enough.

The Third Degree is otherwise near useless but seems absolutely hilarious when it does work. And probably made after Valve saw the Octo-Heavy in action. (especially since they made that a MvM boss)
