Three's Company's premise is a product of it's time and I don't think it works 40 years out. You have Jack pretending to be gay so he can be a roommate in an apartment with two women. My roommate in 2019 is a woman, and no one cares. The show was apparently controversial at the time because my roommate had a friend who was no longer allowed over because she watched Three's Company. It's still such a good movie. I like it even more this time around now that I'm more familiar with the movies it was pulling inspiration from.
