Honestly I was mostly shocked at a Wilford Brimley joke in 2019 no matter what the hell the pedal purports to do.

It should be a pedal that delivers soaring highs and crashing lows, right when you wish it wouldn't. Syrupy sweet tone, feel it in your fingers, hope you feel your toes I have diabetes baby

Usually these combination pedals have a pretty clear use case but I'm drawing a blank on who a fuzz/tremolo is for.

There's a few trem/fuzzes out there - Walrus do one and Fuzzrocious had the M.O.T.H for a bit. Some of them are based off super-jank poo poo like the gimmicky stuff Vox used to cram into guitars in the late sixties with a really biting octave fuzz and then a harmonic trem or similar.

The dude is the perfect mumbly Brit then when he kicks in the full sound it’s pretty great im permabanned poster pedalstomper58. i first started playing shoe gaze when i was about 12. by 14 i got really obsessed with the concept of "big muffs" and tried to channel it constantly, until my thought process got really bizarre and i would repeat things like "reverse reverb" and "i love riffing inside offset assholes" in my head for hours, and i would get really paranoid, start seeing things in the corners of my eyes etc, basically prodromal schizophrenia. im now on antipsychotics. i always wondered what the kind of "fuzzy" style of shoegaze music was all about; i think it's the unconscious leaking in to the conscious, what jungian theory considered to be the cause of schizophrenic and schizotypal syptoms. i would advise all people who "get" shoegaze to be careful because that likely means you have a predisposition to a mental illness. peace.

The best part is right after 3.10 when he gets one beat behind the measure for a few bars and then does an extra long snare fill to get back on track. That's prime Larsing.

Most metal is improved by slowing it down a little, just lower the pitch on your turntable and leave it there
