am I the only one who thinks Eternatus not only sucks because they are just kind of dropped into the already threadbare story and you don't get to catch a box legendary until the postgame, but also because they look like poo poo? like the dogs are silly but they have the classic legendary look, serious anime eyes etc, Eternatus could have come from loving Digimon, make me think of a buggy wireframe Giratina

I mean practically every Nintendo game (and a few others) has you fighting a giant hand or pair of hands at some point (a face is optional). So its kind of expected that Pokemon would eventually do the same.

It usually takes like 20-30 minutes with a bracelet. Assuming you've completed the story, it's faster and easier to farm money for vitamins from the tournament rematch with gmax meowth. As mentioned previously there is no longer a limit to how high vitamins can raise EVs.

I can confirm however, that breeding an authentic with a ditto does not guarantee an Authentic baby. EDIT: Fun fact, I actually bred my authentic sinistea with a ditto specifically hoping this would be the case, as I needed a Polteageist for my Living Dex, and the Market refuses to give me a Chipped Pot. I did, however, have a Cracked Pot that wouldn't work with my Authentic Sinistea. BlazetheInferno fucked around with this message at 03:04 on Dec 2, 2019 |

The fastest EV method training is just dump them into the PokeJob and then use a raid to move the clock forward 24 hours. Max EVs in about five minutes.

If you're moving the clock forward with raids it's faster to just keep on doing that that and farm watts, buy luxury balls from the watt trades, then sell those at the poke mart then use the money to buy vitamins. around 100k watts turns to 999 luxury balls which in turn sell for $1.5M credits. You only need 500k per pokemon to max EVs.

I did not realize the watt to pokedollar conversion was that wild. Here I am sitting on 700k watts from my Duraludon farm. The advantage at least to PokeJobs is you can send up to ten at once. I got five guys trained simultaneously, which was nice

What rental team are you guys using for Battle tower doubles? I’ve been using the rain team with Pelipper/Barraskewda/Raichu/Ludicolo and while it seems pretty good I’m wondering if there is a better setup.

Especially if hacked mons are making their way into the ecosystem, I can wonder trade while breeding but can't ditto farming.

Unfortunately for Raihon, I brought a Gardevoir which proceeded to sweep his team in to the trash where it belonged because you can’t have a real dragon team without dragonite. They don’t want the story to be hard, the fact that battle tower and other optional stuff with actual teams has existed for awhile should make it clear they know how to setup harder fights when they want to. It’s why I think ‘ace trainer’ NPCs should be passive and marked differently, but given real teams and a warning that these trainers are traveling pros who *will* gently caress up your casual team if you try to just bulldoze them.
