The reddit cross-post thing is interesting, and humorous, but it definitely reads weird especially to someone who's worked around people like those.
Has a touch of the planing dept fanfic.
The swearing reads like a list of every piss-poor expletive ever.
poo poo like "cock-womble" ugh, give me strength. The guy that wrote it probably says that things are "totally pants"
UK sites the rarely get weaker than a plain "oval office" or more creative than "cunty-bollocks" Get too fancy or weak with your swearing and you might get called a "word-poof" though.
(Scotland, ymmv in more civilised parts)

Still a funny read though.

From the OSHA thread, incase you aren't subscribed to that one.

Honestly, could have been worse. No one fell off the roof, despite them manhandling hundreds of pounds of brick, and really at the end of the day it's one or two pieces of roof sheathing*, some ice guard, and a small section of gutter that has to be replaced. I was have expecting the chimney to break that window on the way down.

*Slim chance a roof truss was damaged, I guess, which would be a lot worse.

We're all mad here.

I expected it to drop clean through the roof and then crash out through the wall, taking the window with it.

Or, I guess not expected so much as hoped.

The Dyson Airblade is really bad. It’s no better than the “push button to receive bacon” machines that came before it.

However, pressure from the Airblade inadvertently pushed people in charge of facilities to get competitors like the XCELERATOR, which are much less bad.

There's a lot of dirt being flung at air dryers and paper towels :v: Sounds a lot like various industry fights except this time its for the comparatively low stakes of getting your hands dry.

I've read a study comparing the different ways of drying hands in bathrooms, and how much they contribute to the spread of germs.

The Dyson Airblade is the worst since the cold (non-sterilizing) air blast simply disperses fine water droplets in the air for the next guy to breath them in.
And in case anyone is curious: The most hygienic way of drying hands are disposable paper towels. And wiping hands on pants is better than shared towels or hot-air dryers.

Alternatively, if you gave a vampire permission to enter, but want to slow them down as much as possible.
