Much like that Trump search I did a few years ago I decided to see what the earliest mention of Obama on Freep was.

Sadly nothing as amusing as the posts calling Trump a secret Muslim for lusting after his daughter, just this.

The best I can think of is that it's connected to the theory that Soros is responsible for causing the 2008 Wall Street crash through short-selling. Not unprecedented since he had a reputation for doing that in other countries and had been accused of trying to collapse economies before.

This is awesome. We don't talk politics at the dinner table down here in Florida because this side of my family cannot handle having their bullshit talking points refuted and then backed up with articles and wiki posts (which we look up as they say their crazy conspiracy bullshit in order to fact check them in real time). They cannot just admit that it is not rational why they are conservative and most of it boils down to racism and religiosity. Back when I lived with my family in New York we had amazing political debates with everyone on the spectrum. The conservatives I knew up there were a lot more accepting of other views or being wrong. In fact one of my aunts admitted one time that she is a Republican "just because her dad was."

I'd like to hear about how other people's conservative family members handle opinions that differ from their own. Obviously Freepers are the types of people that irrationally defend the indefensible. Do your family members also live in the alternate reality that the Freepers live in?

Again a very likpatous story
We hardly ever talk politics at Thanksgiving, the only one who generally brings it up is my mom, who's married to a massive right wing conspiracy theorist and he's done a pretty good job of brainwashing her into it (he's in a mental institution right now as part of a plea deal, which is why he isn't there to bring it up).

Only two things approaching politics this year, one was when my aunt was mentioning how the NC state property taxes were lower this year and she wasn't sure why, and my mom goes "It's because Trump is president, obviously," to which my aunt kind of rolled her eyes and went "Sure that must be it." The other was when we saw an ad for Disney+ during football and my uncle asked if we did any streaming services, I mentioned I had Netflix though I hadn't really used it much, and my mom said "You know Netflix is owned by Soros, right?" Everyone basically just ignored her and kept talking.

I see this, much like his involvement with TSA scanners and all as just one more example of poor judgment or worse. Yes, Trump needs to distance himself, which he has already started doing. Has Rudy and his company or law firm or whatever he wants to call it registered as foreign agents?

Here is a bit of the real underlying story.

From another ongoing thread —

“We have multiple links categorically showing/demonstrating, multiple (plural) of Russia’s richest oligarchs , (who are Putin’s top names) at the Kremlin, with their hands all over Ukrainian umbrella company Burisma (and others), and working with American poc’s in Ukraine (including directly with HRC’s State Department and Embassy), to weaken Ukraine in various ways, and also to get at Ukrainian resources.

Ukraine really needed and asked for our help, and the U.S. HRC/Obama executive branch lied to the Ukraine, and helped Russia subvert and pillage Ukraine!

It is sickening!

Should be one of the biggest stories of the century by itself, PERIOD!

As important as all this, Kremlin/Putin Oligarchs (their aids) were ALSO directly involved with planting false “dossier” info, including to multiple FVEY partners, hoping to stop and then COUP Trump out!

So a real Kremlin/White House/U.S.IC conspiracy providing the conduit for fabticated dossier info was used to pass the fabricated dossier info back to U.S. “Deep State” defenders like Canadian Halifax, and Sen. John McCain. It was, as you know, circulated all over the place. It was a joint Kremlin/White House/ Brennon effort, in a circular reporting firing squad.

For some reason, now it appears there may be an attempt by some in the Senate and media to limit/pin this all on Ukraine (as part of an unfolding damage control scheme deflecting away from Russia).

The reasons are numerous, and all self serving!

Just think about this... If a “friendly” Ukraine was helping some Democrats and HRC, that would be a lesser infraction than if the DNC/HRC/Obama/Brennan teams were conspiring directly with the Kremlin!

Probably many similar thoughts going on all throughout the Senate Uniparty now.

But, the false “dossier” info still derived from Russian Kremlin sources, both from Russia proper, and from Kremlin ops in Ukraine.

https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3757628/posts

*Ukraine then becomes the “scapegoat” of the hard left, deep state coup effort, which potentially shields them from... Shall I say it — “Treason”!

And the left wing pathology goes back a long ways, includes Uranium One, and HRC knowingly giving U.S. hypersonic missile and other dual purpose technology to the Russians in exchange for big donations, and does enormous damage to the U.S., at every level...

I've noticed that Freep uses the supposed threat of Islam to cut loose and get truly apocalyptic. Like, most of the responses in that thread don't even mention the subject of the article, it's just doomsaying about everything else they think is wrong with America and how we're all going to die. I dunno what it is about Muslims, specifically, that makes their precious projected image of strength and confidence just instantaneously crumble.
