I realise there probably isn't an objective answer to this, but is there any opinion on where donations would make the most difference in the last couple of days? Had a quick search and didn't see much. It feels like Momentum might make more sense at this point, but I'm not really sure what I'm basing that on.

I for one think it's deeply suspicious that I'm hearing socialism will be tiered based on ability to pay.

That's why getting out the vote is crucial. If you can find a spare couple of hours on Thursday evening, hook up with your local party and go knocking. People will forget or say they'll wait for the rain to stop (bring a spare umbrella!) or want a lift. Check back again later to make sure.

There are seats around the country where every single vote counts. Go hard for three more days and we can win this.

Extremely late notice but is anyone about in bristol to canvass this evening? I was pretty sick yesterday but feel better now, and thinking of going after work and getting a later bus home. It's at 17:30 at the sainsburys on Gloucester Road.

I've not 100% decided to stay, just testing the waters

imagine actually going to the trouble of researching your stories and talking to the people involved to make sure you've got your facts straight instead of just breathlessly reposting what someone tells you or you saw going viral on twitter, what a try hard

It's a hell of a lot easier to just dash off some copy based on whatever is going through your head at the time, or better yet, delegate it to some peon who already has a million other things to do so won't apply any more due diligence than you would have. Then you can rush off to the fun parts of the job, like schmoozing, drinking and :cocaine:

If the bubble likes you, then you will have easy access to the bubble! Sorted!

And if (when) you get something wrong, you can simply memory-hole it! Everyone does it, so it's like no one does it! Brill! Your journalistic reputation is built on being known as a reputable journalist, so who cares if something you say turned out to be wrong? Just don't bring it up ever again, no one else will! Everything you say comes from the mouth of a respectable journalist, and is quickly replaced by more things from the mouth of a respectable journalist! These new things must be true, we assume!

Wanted to say thanks for everyone's support a few nights ago regarding Little Zal v2.0.

Was mad stressed as had to head home from hospital to look after our other lad just as she had take a turn for the worse and a worried junior doc was calling the registrar at midnight. However the good news is she has been improving gradually since, they've managed to all but rule out the main nasties and withdrew IV antibiotics this morning. Really looking forward to getting her home, hopefully this week.
