Kaiser Permanente is 'ok' with co-pays. no deductibles at all, like 2k/yr OOP max, covered checkups, and covered meds, and a pretty wide range of in-house specialists and poo poo so you know anything you need will be covered within them. also workers are union and the main wing is "non-profit" (not that it's worth much but its better than shareholder public corp). it's probably the best healthcare in america for us plebs and is the cheaper option most of the time the only downside if ur a meek meager pushover goon you probably won't get much because their default attitude is not to refer you to an in-house specialist unless they really really need to so you gotta be your own advocate and push back 'eat an apple and excercise to solve ur chronic pain ailes', which if you do, is cheap compared to every other american healthcare which are straight up shareholder scams
