Sounds like he wants to make yet another organization that will eventually be funded by the DNC meaning it won't be allowed to do any campaigning for any candidates that aren't DNC approved. Also grassroots so we don't have to pay people. I think paying attention to politics for the past decade broke my brain and all I can see is the worst in everything political...
