TMMadman posted:is california never not on fire? once a friend of a friend moved to LA after studying to be in film production and we hung out because our mutual friend suggested it. we went to a hotel rooftop bar and it was a fine time. we're having drinks and my new buddy looks to his right and points at the hills, because we are 5 stories up and therefore taller than 99% of buildings in LA, and says, "Hey look, a fire." then i looked to my left and said, "look. a smaller forest fire." then we laughed and high fived, and then we died because we were both on fire.

everyone laughed at me being a californian left coast gay who wore a silk kimono all the time until the fires came. silk is immune to fire. now who is the idiot who looks extremely gay? not the guy in the fireproof kimono, that's for sure

You should get a cat fountain. Lots of cats actually prefer their water to be running slightly. Of course, my old cat used to also paw at the running water like a loving idiot, but he also just loved water and would actually jump into the tub when I would dump a bucket of water into it and end up wading around in several inches of water.
