I have a little plush Snorlax that came to me randomly, among the supplies my mom got from the shelter with one of our foster kittens. I switched it out for a more kitten-friendly and less fragile toy, and it sits on the table next to my chair at home obviously I empathize deeply with the sleepy, hungry, large lazy cat-thing who can tank a big hit and sleep off the damage

I basically took everything I learned from the Let's Go and just spec'd for alpha strikes. As long as my hitmonchan hits first I win even if hitmon is off spec because he's 20 levels higher than what I'm fighting usually.

Was having a really fun night with a buddy watching movies both excellent and catastrophic and then two separate complete starngers decided to sour our mood 20 mins apart. Just two random assholes who decided they wanted to talk poo poo at us for no reason. Then I saw a headline that has me sort of loving fuming and I really should go to bed but I'm fairly sure I'll just think about dumbass people and how awful the world is nowadays and not get sleep. Back in my day, I had to learn things like that from lurking LiveJournals that riffed on lovely porny fanfiction excerpts besides, I think it’s good to set a standard that demands at least those nods toward realism, imo. It’s probably better than inadvertently training people to expect “explosions” and what not in unrelated news, after putting it off for several years I finally filled out my application for a diploma from community college. It should arrive in the mail in a few days  I might even go back to school for another couple of years, since I tend to thrive in an academic milieu and it’s a good way to expand one’s skill set, but first comes establishing more personal independence on a couple of fronts tl;dr: giving myself one of those extra-  thumbs up in a manner not unlike that of Orange Cassidy

The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady is my favorite classic jazz album. Ive been listening to much new jazz and lots of cool stuff is coming out of the uk scene. The comet is comming, sons of khemet, Mark de Clive-Lowe.

I just started back writing smut after taking like a three year break when I nearly had a nervous breakdown from trying to do too much that I didn’t care about. But, my passive income finally went down to a level that made me nervous. 10500 words so far this week; feels good.

Let's have all these writers write the story to a video game. you all write the story, and i'll look it over, while some of our artists and coders do the simple art and coding. send me a PM if you can code the rowdy ringsports video game for free, or do art for it for free. the writers have already begun so let's follow their lead.

Finished watching The Witcher. Would’ve been good if they had explained literally anything like what a Witcher is, what they do, who any of these people are and why they’re doing what they’re doing but they only had eight hours so I guess they just ran out of time

Oh hey here's that new blog I was talking about starting. It's about food in Hirokazu Kore-eda's movies. Life Happens While You're Eating: Our Little Sister: Breakfast I I posted this a week or so back but it was kind of a "soft launch" so I'd have time to familiarise myself with Blogger, check everything was working and get some thoughts on if this is a good idea at all. Anyway, in this first one I talk about a very traditional Japanese breakfast. Gonna start working on the next one tomorrow. Around the time I found out that pokemon had breeding and that the best way to level pokemon was to have them fight specific other pokemon to grind up specific stats, I decided the series wasn't for me anymore.
