I like that he's explaining the lore behind this game and references some characters but doesn't even touch the concept on what a Touhou fangame is. I guess they expect that people either know or don't watch this if they don't (I think the original is somekinda shmup)

The quality of runs in this event so far from what I've seen has been really high. Most have been quite interesting, even on off-hours.

Ok, thanks for the clarity about the donation totals. It does feel like this is going to be a very heavy backend w/r/t game donations starting very shortly. VVVVVV & Celeste & PACMAN & Pokemon & Mega Man & TASBot & Zelda & SM64 & SMW et al It's gonna hit $4m isn't it?

Touhou is one of those franchises that seems to have tons of fan content (games and otherwise). Is there any real starting point for Touhou? I'd would think the original schmup games, but I'm not the biggest shmup fan. I think I remember saving this game to my wishlist on Steam, but it looks like it's pretty difficult.
