Last year they did a SMW hack 4v4 relay race. I think they're doing the same thing this year in SMM2. I hope they do stupid gimmicks with the tools and not just straight kaizo stuff.

I'm here at GDQ and apparently what's happening tonight after the SMM2 race (assuming we reach the donation goal) is that someone is going to route a SMM2 level on the spot and then they're going to TAS it. Which is all pretty wild!

 It's been awhile but I really wanted to make a traditional 3D World level so I spent roughly a day or so putting this together.  Lakitu's Day Off Course ID: T45-06T-BHF Difficulty: Normal Multiplayer Friendly?: Yes My last few submissions have all been kind of high concept super expert courses. For this one I wanted to do something easier for both the player and myself. This is a fairly traditional style course focusing on how different enemies act in the Lakitu cloud and how as a level designer you need to design around them to avoid the player cheesing your stage. It took about an hour, but I beat All Goombrats Do Quarrel  .All of those AGDQ levels were seriously awesome, especially Parallel Worlds and the SMW one. I had no idea relay races like that were a thing so that was a blast to watch.

Heck, missed it but thanks for playing it and glad you liked it! Yeah the timer is a bit tight but my mentality was just 'even with the last 100 second jingle there's still a lot of time left' Also amused that you got on the right track for the first secret area The plant you nearly stomp all the way down near the start. You have to finish it off with a snowball to access the pipe and you just barely missed a invisible block in a place where you said 'it feels like there should be something up here' Fun times
