Meanwhile in CT it's going to be 60 degrees this weekend and it hasn't snowed yet this winter. I don't think we had more than a 4" snowfall at all last winter either. Seasons aren't real anymore lol

It's going to be 70 here tomorrow. Standard high for January in Cincinnati is 38.

Sorry for anyone who liked seasons, hope you enjoy sweating through march.

snowmaggedon in the great lakes region thankfully did not happen. Friday they were warning everyone to prepare for certain doom. today a handful of churches are closed but otherwise, we're mostly dealing with ice and about half the snow forecast. how icy did it get? I would rather get a foot of snow than a quarter-inch of ice.

a tornado ravaged like a 5 mile stretch in the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas, including a mall and several restaurants which were all, thankfully, closed due to coronavirus (lmao) so there was a handful of injuries and no deaths. https://www.ky3.com/content/news/PHOTOS-Major-tornado-damage-in-Jonesboro-Ark--569194681.html https://twitter.com/NWSLittleRock/status/1244026762901647361?s=20 did not expect a tornado to just flatten and ravage the city I work in but hey, tornado alley is moving further east due to climate change. a nice reminder after a month of coronavirus panic that yes, actually, the environment is still getting hosed up.
