Killing just for the sake of killing and griefing? Sure Was doing a business battle(steal the ramp buggy and drive it home) and was almost back to the club with it. It’s me, I’m the one who still checks out the Simeon list and finds the most expensive one to respray with charcoal classic paint and return in a full lobby  I’ve had a lot of luck fighting oppressor mk 2’s in insurgents and nightsharks lately by tossing out sticky bombs and blowing them up a second later while hauling rear end. People seem to love to tailgate after the 10th rocket lol. I forgot how big the blast radius in those things is.

The Insurgent is still the vehicle I pull the most in general. I'm usually playing with someone else so I have a gunner and usually that means Oppressors aren't a problem. They take so long to blow up an Insurgent that you have plenty of time to just shoot them. Also funny is the MOC, especially if you have a couple of gunners. It takes them basically every rocket they have to blow up the trailer and it's really funny (if a bit difficult) to plunk an oppressor dipshit in the face with the mounted grenade launcher as they fly low and slow enough to hit a tractor trailer. The best way to deal with them has already been mentioned: simply exit your vehicle and shoot them. Once they can't lock onto you they usually don't know what to do.

I used to hang out on the mid-level of the under-costruction skyscraper sniping people. I was pretty easy to avoid if someone didn't want to get shot, but some people kept coming back and some of them got screaming mad. I could see both city helipads and pop people trying to get their Hydras. The rage in chat, both text and voice, was the point. But eventually it got to the point where I'd estimate 20%-25% of PC GTAO players had mod menus, and simple griefing became untenable as they'd all just turn on god mode, and eventually they gained the ability to crash other people's games. And then Rockstar took two of the things modders used mod menus to do- explosive ammo and flying rocket cars with missile spam- and monetized them for legit players. Now the arcade has a drone with unlimited range and the type of griefing I used to do 3-4 years ago is simply impossible.

It's funny how this game works. You sit down to play with one idea in your head, like, "tonight I'm going to sell off those Top range cars sitting in my warehouse". Then a fucker on an Oppressor destroys the first car you try to turn in and you spend the rest of the night hunting him down until he rage quits.

In fact that's kind of a general problem with the civic is that whatever form it's in, it looks like everything else. The outer bits are from the "Fitted Suit" Pants and Jackets sections.
