I used to play goldeneye with my hands on the left and middle prong, using d-pad to move and analog stick to look, which makes it control pretty much the same as a slightly more modern shooter like Halo or whatever. But you have to use your right thumb to tap A and B to open doors and stuff, which is a bit awkward normally, but impossible with either of these two designs. So I'd like to humbly request a version with one prong on the left and two prongs on the right. Also the real pro way to play goldeneye is with two controllers, using dual analog sticks the same way as a modern console shooter. Yes this was really in the game as a real control option, you just don't remember because you can't do it in multiplayer 'cause there's only four controller ports. Anyways can I get a version of the Switch with two whole n64 controllers stuck to it? tia.

Having just watched the new star wars last night, I just assumed a lot of the unexplained nonsense was left that way so it could it be explained later in comics,books, tv shows and fortnite. Though honestly that's probably why they liked JJ "explain the significance of the numbers in lost in some doofy webseries nobody will ever see" abrams to begin with.

Film Crit Hulk did a really good essay on the problem with JJ Abrams' writing. He's obsessed with the "Mystery Box" theory, where he believes that the mystery is infinitely more compelling than actually knowing the answer, so he crafts interesting mysteries without really thinking about what they're about. When he made Lost, it was literally nothing but the pilot; he just created a bunch of random poo poo that he thought would make for an interesting setup and filmed it. It was up to the rest of the show crew to figure out just what the hell it all meant, which is why it went so far off the rails in the first place. There's nothing deeper about Rise of Skywalker. All the poo poo with the pickled jar of Snokes, Palpatine coming back and somehow building a bigger fleet than the First Order with a full human staff on a hidden planet, the full story behind Rey's parents and Ochi, etc. has no actual explanation because one never existed. Other people stepping in to come up with explanations is just the same way JJ always handled his poo poo.
