The broadcast delay on that game was the most I've ever experienced. I was watching it on regular, local cable and the TV broadcast was consistently 25 seconds behind the UGA radio broadcast. There was one moment that the TV was two plays behind, which is pretty spectacular in football.

Yeah that was entertaining. How often do you get to see two franchises that can’t stop loving up meet in the playoffs?

Texans/Bills did enormous numbers https://twitter.com/ESPNPR/status/1213939878553096192 AA posted:As you might imagine, this year’s ratings were helped along by the fact that Deshaun Watson and the Texans engineers a 16-point comeback in the second half, leading to an overtime period where viewership peaked at 35,450,000. The game also featured a few noteworthy moments that seemed to keep audiences engaged, including a game-opening touchdown drive by Josh Allen and the Bills and a strange Texans muffed touchback that was initially called a Bills touchdown but was then reversed.

Awful Announcing posted:According to Front Office Sports’ Michael McCarthy, the network is ready to offer Tony Romo an annual salary between $10 million to $14 million. That would make him the highest-paid sportscaster in television history, far exceeding the current top salary for an NFL TV analyst.

I've always thought it was so interesting the prep that needs to go into making broadcasters look good. Especially Tony Romo. Everyone fellates him, and some is obviously him, but there is a whole bunch of underappreciated people who give him all the data he needs
