So far, most countries outside China where the virus has been detected have relatively robust healthcare systems (Although I suppose Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Vietnam not so much). I guess a concern is to what extent the possible presence of the virus in countries with large populations in urban centers, a lot of international traffic, and poor health care has not been picked up yet. I'm thinking of places like Jakarta, Manila, Delhi, Nairobi, Lagos - megacities with all but absent healthcare for most of the inhabitants. Wuhan's main airport appears not to directly service many locations like that, but trade connections do exist.
