Better than usual apology but kinda faltered on the "want to thank my friends for making me look more like an rear end than usual." Like they didn't make you look like an rear end you did. But I think they phrased it poorly because the message is correct - i said something bad and now I see why it was bad and i wont do it again. That's good.

I never saw the original (and Pinkie always struck me as an rear end) but yeah, he's saying he hosed up, the tweet was bad, and he looked like an rear end and is thanking his friend for helping him realize why and bring him to apologize. Its just awkwardly worded. Its probably as good an apology as you'll get in 140 characters.

I'd guess its something that like relays information back to a doctor? Like I've seen heart devices that connect online to monitor the heart and send back recorded readings. I'm not sure why you'd need that in your shoulder but maybe like blood clots or something? I don't know. Or he's just becoming a cyborg and he needs to be able to do regular updates.
