In case anybody doesn't know about this, this is a reference to a reddit poster called /u/shittymorph, who's very well executed and extremely funny gimmick is to morph a seemingly genuine comment into nineteen ninety eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

It's nice but later that match he slams Mankind through the roof of the cell down to the mat. That one always stands out to me more than the time in nineteen ninety eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hеll in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

Yeah the best part of that match was immediately after they pretend Mankind is too injured to continue he gets up runs back to the cage climbs up again and is accidentally thrown through the cage injuring him for real. The dramatic overacting from the announcer followed by an almost monotone "That's it. He's dead."

Rich athletes are rich because they can do things no other human can do, rich actors are rich because people want to see them in a movie, any movie.

There's a lot of people who are good at their job and deserve way more than actors or athletes make, but that just means they're underpaid.

It's also worth tangentially noting that actors and athletes have weird-rear end career trajectories. A good sitcom or franchise gig can probably net you a $50k/year income for 20 years if you play it right, but you get the majority of that up-front while you're hot poo poo and everyone is looking to fleece you. It requires a certain long-term mind that--surprise--most young, pretty talented people don't have.

Every time I see Jennifer Aniston in a new movie I have to wonder if she just genuinely loves acting or if she is being horrendously blackmailed by someone.
