That’s 100% of the world’s population. Well, less a couple dozen folks to whom money truly is no object. Even government systems have to pinch their pennies here and there, and it’s frustrating to lose those fights with bureaucrats who’ve never set foot in a hospital.

This guy is the a medical doctor and has contacts on ground in Wuhan. He has interviewed people like the Surgeon General making him more than credible. The tldr is the medical system is near collapsed losing it's ability to provide other essential services. The medics are getting incapacitated at an alarming rate from the lack of safety equipment. A question from a complete layman, is it possible to have mapped the (for the want of a better term) "DNA" of the Wuhan Coronavirus of person 0 - or as near to 0 as can be ascertained? Could this then be compared to the virus that the Chinese If so, wouldn't that show that they're in the clear, or alternatively prove that there's been a whole bunch of PRC fuckery going on?

Some dude (e: Chen Qiushi) who went INTO Wuhan on some kind of gonzo journalism mission has disappeared. Maybe he's just been quarantined but he was using illegal tools to get around the firewall, was not complimentary to the government's efforts, and the CCP was definitely aware that he was there.

Also to no one's surprise all the emergency hospitals are just a shitload of beds all crammed together in open areas with no way to quarantine sections and no hygiene equipment, so they're basically a bunch of warehouses designed to make sure everyone in them gets infected.
